The short version: we collect what we need to run your session, nothing more, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you book a session, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and anything you choose to share in the booking form or on the call. When you pay, checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How it is used
Your information is used to schedule and run your session, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payment, and follow up about your engagement. That is it. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Services we rely on
Bookings run on Cal.com, payments on Stripe, email on Resend, private owner booking alerts on Sendblue, and video calls on Google Meet or Cal Video. Each processes information under its own privacy policy only as needed to provide its service. This site itself does not run advertising trackers.
Private owner alerts
Booking alerts and one-hour reminders are sent only to the site owner’s configured and verified iMessage number. Customers and website visitors are not enrolled in this private notification thread. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention
Booking records, payment receipts, and session notes are kept as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes, then deleted.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we are legally required to keep. Email us and we will sort it out.
