Terms of Service.

These terms apply to 1-on-1 consulting sessions booked through busdownbonnor.com. By completing checkout you agree to them.

I

Booking and payment

Consulting sessions are 60 minutes and are confirmed once payment is received in full. After payment you will be redirected to schedule your session time.

II

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session free of charge up until 24 hours before the scheduled start time, using the link in your booking confirmation.

III

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, and missed sessions (no-shows), are non-refundable.

IV

Refunds

Once a session has begun or been completed, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

Nature of the service

Consulting is advisory in nature. Guidance is based on my own experience operating my apps and working with others. No particular business outcome, revenue figure, or result is promised or guaranteed.

Private booking alerts

Private booking alerts and one-hour reminders are sent only to the site owner’s verified iMessage number. Customers and website visitors are not enrolled in this notification thread.
